Fits Peterbilt 325, 330, 335, 337, 340, 348, 357, 365, 367, 375, 377, 378, 379, 382, 384, 385, 386, 388 and 389 models 2005 and newer with flat top and cab mounted mirrors. Fits 2 piece flat windshields only.
NOTE: Will not fit one-piece curved windshield.
